Gima (UK) LTD - DEPOT RULES

When you enter, purchase, or collect goods from one of our depots (including its car park), you agree to comply with the following rules:

1. Vehicle Safety: Your vehicle and its contents are parked entirely at your own risk. Gima (UK) LTD accepts no liability or responsibility for the safety of vehicles and their content from theft or damage.

2. No Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping, is not allowed inside the depot.

3. Eating and Drinking: Eating and drinking are only allowed within areas specifically designated for these activities. In all other areas, they are prohibited.

4. Damage and Theft: Breaking cases or packs constitutes criminal damage, and consuming goods for sale (which have not been paid for or given to you as part of a promotion) is theft. We will prosecute these offences.

5. Security Recording: You may be recorded by our security system in the depot or its car park in accordance with the Gima (UK) LTD Privacy Policy.

6. Children: No children under the age of twelve (12) years are allowed beyond the reception area. Children under the age of twelve (12) may not be left unaccompanied in the reception area.

7. Fire Alarm: If you hear the fire alarm, proceed to the nearest fire exit and leave the depot. Follow any instructions issued by Gima (UK) LTD employees and assemble at the Fire Assembly Point (Green Sign). This is usually at the main entrance gate, but employees will guide you if necessary. You must participate in any fire evacuation exercise taking place while you are visiting our site.

8. Restricted Areas: Do not enter any restricted areas, including areas temporarily chained off due to forklift truck work, the goods-in, and the storage area.

9. Health and Safety: You must comply with all Health and Safety legislation applicable to our depots and follow the requirements of our health and safety policies and any displayed safety signs. Exercise due care and attention while in the depot or its car park.

10. Harassment and Abuse: We do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse of our staff or fellow customers and will prosecute offenders on their behalf whenever possible.

11. Entry and Exit: We reserve the right to refuse anyone entrance to a depot, to ask anyone to leave a depot or its car park without giving reasons. Failure to comply with such a request will render you liable for trespass.

12. Waste Disposal: You must not bring waste to our depots intending to deposit it there. Do not deposit waste in the car park, grounds, or skip. It is a legal requirement to make your own arrangements for the disposal of trade waste with an approved waste disposal company.

13. Damage Liability: You or your agents will be liable for any damage you cause to our property and trade stocks.
